Pellicle Series needle felt filter bag or PP filter bags are the most commonly used media for economical disposable bag filters. They are widely applied in pipeline flushing, heat exchanger flushing, HVAC system chemical dosing, and contaminant removal during flushing operations. These filter bags effectively capture waterborne contaminants such as rust, scale, weld slag, dirt, and oils. The media is produced by passing fibers through beds of specially barbed needles, which lock and entangle the fibers together to form a strong, durable matrix. The downstream side is signed using a special heat process to eliminate fiber migration. This rugged media is ideal for fabrication by both sewing and welding.
