Cerain Series Absolute Filter Bag
Cerain Series: Absolute-Rated Liquid Filter Bags for Ultra-Pure Filtration
In critical process industries across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, “close enough” is not an option. The K Filter Cerain Series Absolute Filter Bags are engineered for facilities that demand 100% bypass-free performance and the highest levels of filtrate purity.
Designed as a high-performance interchange substitute for Eaton LCR, Pall, Rosedale, and AGF series, the Cerain Series delivers premium absolute accuracy at a superior operational value.
The Engineering of Purity: 100% Pure Polypropylene
Our Cerain Series is molded from 100% pure polypropylene microfibers. By eliminating all surfactants, binders, and additives.

The Engineering of Purity: 100% Pure Polypropylene
Our Cerain Series liquid filter bags is molded from 100% pure polypropylene microfibers. By eliminating all surfactants, binders, and additives, we ensure:
- Zero Contamination: No additives can leach into and taint your solid filtrate content.
- Exceptionally Fine Fiber Structure: Provides an enormous contact surface area for high-efficiency particle capture.
- Dual-Action Filtration: The hydrophobic (water-repelling) and oleophilic (oil-attracting) nature of our fibers allows these bags to separate and remove trace oils from aqueous solutions simultaneously.
Technical Superiority & Global Compatibility
🔹 Fully Welded Construction
Unlike sewn bags that have needle-hole bypass risks, the Cerain Series liquid filter bags features a robust, fully welded construction. This ensures a 100% airtight and liquid-tight seal, making it ideal for “tough services” in high-pressure environments.

FAQ: Cerain Series Absolute Filter Bags
1. What is the difference between “Nominal” and “Absolute” filtration?
A Nominal bag (like our Pellicle Series) traps a high percentage of particles but allows some bypass. An Absolute bag (Cerain Series) is tested to ensure a specific efficiency (often 99% or higher) at its rated micron level. This is critical for final polishing where even a few oversized particles could ruin a batch.
2. Can the Cerain Series really remove oil and particles at the same time?
Yes. Because the polypropylene microfibers are naturally oleophilic, they attract and “lock” hydrocarbon molecules into the fiber matrix while the physical structure of the bag traps solids. It is a 2-in-1 solution for aqueous solutions contaminated with trace oils.
3. Is this bag compatible with my existing Eaton,Pall or Rosedale housing?
Absolutely. The Cerain Series is designed with universal dimensions and high-integrity sealing rings (including polypropylene and polyester collars) to fit directly into standard #1 and #2 filter housings without any modifications.
4. Are these filters resistant to chemicals?
Yes. Being 100% Polypropylene, they offer excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. They are suitable for most industrial chemicals used in the Middle East’s petrochemical and Europe’s chemical manufacturing sectors.
5. How does fully welded construction improve performance?
Traditional sewing creates thousands of tiny holes. In “absolute” filtration, these holes allow particles to “bypass” the filter. Our fully welded seams eliminate this weakness, ensuring that 100% of the fluid passes through the high-efficiency media.
6. Cerain Sereis Liquid filter bags are 100% fiber loses technology ?
Yes, the Cerain Series Absolute Filter Bags are engineered with Zero Fiber Migration Technology.
In high-stakes markets like the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, “fiber shedding” is a major risk that can ruin a batch of pharmaceuticals or contaminate a microelectronics cleanroom. The Cerain Series eliminates this risk through its advanced manufacturing process.
7. Why Cerain Series is 100% Fiber-Loss Free:
Pure Melt-Blown Microfiber Construction
Unlike standard “needle felt” bags that use loose, mechanical interlocking fibers, the Cerain Series is made from 100% pure polypropylene melt-blown microfibers. These fibers are thermally bonded during the extrusion process, meaning they are “fused” together into a continuous, stable matrix that cannot shake loose.
8. Robust Fully Welded Seams
Standard bags use sewing needles that create thousands of holes and leave loose thread ends. The Cerain Series is fully welded using ultrasonic or thermal bonding. This creates a permanent, solid bond at the seams, ensuring:
- No needle-hole bypass.
- No loose threads entering your clean filtrate.
9. Integrated Outer Cover / Surface Treatment
The downstream (exit) side of a Cerain Series bag is specially treated or covered to act as a secondary barrier. This ensures that even under high pressure or turbulent flow, the microscopic filter fibers stay locked in place
