Our tailor-made two-stage gas–liquid Teflon coated screen separator elements cartridge are engineered to deliver high-efficiency separation and filtration in demanding oil and gas applications. Designed to handle variable flow rates, pressure conditions, and fluid compositions, these separators ensure reliable removal of droplets plus particles as small as 0.3 micron, liquids and solid contaminants from gas streams processes.

BarrierSE ^TM Series Teflon ® coated high-performance separator elements are used as the second stage of filter separator vessels. Filter elements are cleanable and reusable. Separator cartridge filter elements are fabricated in Teflon R Screen wrapped around a specially treated helical tube shell where hydrocarbon fluids pass through the pores of the separator and water drops settle into the filter.
