Our Oil Lock Absorbent Filter Cartridge is engineered from advanced inorganic porous materials that act as a selective carrier for oil. Designed specifically for the reclamation and disposal of emulsified and dissolved oils in various process fluids, it offers an environmentally responsible solution to oil contamination.
The filter element effectively retains over 98% of trace hydrocarbons and can absorb up to 1.2 liters of oil per 1-meter length. A larger 6.5-liter capacity version is also available. As the filter loads with oil, it exhibits a low initial pressure drop, which increases gradually — providing a clear and reliable indication of when replacement is needed, thereby preventing oil bypass.
