
K Pure M Series metal filter cartridges are designed for optimal performance, even in harsh environments involving high temperatures, high pressures, and high viscosities. These wire mesh filters are constructed using multi-layer (usually five layers) 316L or 304L stainless steel mesh, sintered under high-temperature vacuum and joined by argon arc or plasma welding to filter contaminants and microscopic particles.
The materials used are resistant to acid, corrosion, and heat. The filter elements are available in either cylindrical or pleated types, with optional gaskets for enhanced sealing. Different mesh patterns provide varying strength, wire mesh sizes, and filtration capabilities to meet diverse application needs.
