The soot series activated carbon filter bags are designed to extract a full range of non-emulsified oil and dirt from process streams and eliminate odors, tastes, organic contaminants and even some heavy metals from filtrates. The tortuous path is of the fibrous structure to improve contact time and supports the absorption of a wide range of substances offering 10x the absorbing area as standard granular carbon. The soot series activated carbon filters are inevitable in fields like oil and gas, desalination, water treatment, food and beverage, power generation, paints and resin, petrochemical and fine chemicals.
