The three lugs type filter cartridge has adopted heavy-duty construction to withstand wide use designed with the greatest filter area and reinforced PA or aluminium top with 3 lugs for securing filters and enabling highest filtration efficiency. The urethane gasket ensures airtight sealing. The available media types are 100% cellulose, cellulose/polyester blend media and Spun bond polyester, aluminized coating. The inner core is made of galvanized mesh and the outer core is of galvanized mesh or strip bands. K Filter presents three grades of media, the standard media is Polyester with a hydrophobic binder known for excellent moisture resistance. There is also a flame-retardant version available. The lugs cap filter cartridge becomes a smart choice for back-pulse applications, such as powder-coating, etc.
